How a check works

Pathquill is a Worker that treats delivery as evidence, not as a browser event.

Authorise one journey
You name the public form URL and the receiving inbox or CRM. Only allowlisted hosts can be probed.
Send an automated test enquiry
Pathquill fetches the form, discovers a POST action, and submits a clearly marked test payload carrying a unique pq-run-… token. For example: Name: Pathquill Test, Message: [Health Check] Token pq-run-8492. Verifying enquiry delivery. It is obviously a test so your team never mistakes it for a customer lead.
Match the token
The receiving system posts that token to Pathquill’s webhook, or labelled notification mail is forwarded or BCC’d to inbound@pathquill.app.
Keep a shareable record
Each run has a public evidence page: fetch, submit, match, timestamps, and outcome. Unguessable ID. No login required to view.

Not in this release

Mailbox polling, Gmail OAuth, JavaScript-only widgets, CAPTCHA, un-consented form spam, and multi-tenant self-serve signup.
