Terms of service
These terms govern participation in the Pathquill operator-assisted enquiry verification pilot for agencies and their clients.
1. Service description and pilot scope
Pathquill provides automated and on-demand synthetic enquiry delivery verification. The current release is an operator-assisted pilot scoped to authorized web forms and designated receiving endpoints (webhooks or Cloudflare Email Routing).
2. Customer authorization and acceptable use
You represent and warrant that you have explicit written authorization from the website owner and receiving system owner to test each configured form URL and receive synthetic enquiries. You agree not to:
- Monitor or submit requests to third-party websites without written consent.
- Attempt to bypass CAPTCHA, payment gateways, or authentication forms.
- Use Pathquill to generate un-consented form spam or perform denial-of-service tests.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt Pathquill infrastructure.
3. Point-in-time evidence and limitations
A PASSED result constitutes cryptographic and operational evidence that one specific labelled synthetic enquiry successfully travelled from the public form to the receiving endpoint at that specific point in time. Pathquill does not guarantee continuous email deliverability, DNS uptime, or third-party inbox spam filter placement.
4. Commercial terms and cancellation
Pilot fees are billed monthly as agreed in your pilot agreement (standard pilot tier US$299/month for up to 25 monitored sites). You may pause checks or cancel your subscription at any time with 24 hours’ notice by contacting pilots@pathquill.app.
5. Service level and rollback SLA
Pathquill is operated with a 1-hour rollback SLA: operators will pause scheduled checks, rotate webhook secrets, or restore previous configuration within one hour of an emergency notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pathquill is provided “as is” during pilot status. In no event shall Pathquill be liable for lost sales leads, indirect damages, or third-party email filter decisions. Total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
